Mount Caramel is a microbrewery that creates syrups with a love for quality and natural ingredients. No additives, no preservatives, no colorings – just pure taste from nature and true craftsmanship.

The vanilla variant is made with extract of Madagascar vanilla beans , fresh lemon juice and a little alcohol (up to 1.0%) to preserve the natural aroma. The result is a soft and rich sweetness with a classic vanilla flavor, which is perfect in coffee, tea, cocoa, cocktails or as a topping on desserts and pastries.

The syrup is available in both regular and organic certified (EU) varieties.
