 At Have A Coffee, passion, quality and hospitality come together in our pursuit of delivering products that create the best coffee experience – for both private and commercial customers.
We are an official dealer of a number of recognized brands in coffee equipment, including Sage, Joe Frex, Chemex, ESPro, Motta, Frank Green, Timemore, Hario, Fellow, Loveramics, notNeutral and many more.
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at Have A Coffee ApS, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery and shipping
Delivery options:
When you order from Have A Coffee ApS, you can choose between:

Delivery directly to your address (private or business)
 - 
Delivery to parcel shop
 - 
Delivery to business address
 
We primarily work with GLS and DAO. For larger or heavier orders (e.g. machinery) we use Danske Fragtmænd.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with track & trace information so you can follow the delivery.
 Normal delivery time: 3–5 business days
 Preparation time: 1–2 business days

Coffee shop pickup
 
Order before 2 p.m. and your order will generally be ready for pickup the next business day.
Important: You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery details provided are correct. We cannot change address or contact information after the package has been shipped.
Prices and reservations
 All prices in the webshop are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT (25%). 
This applies to all products and orders, regardless of whether the purchase is made as a private individual (B2C) or a business (B2B).
Any shipping costs are added when ordering and are clearly stated before you complete the purchase.
The prices displayed on the website at the time of booking are the prices in effect at all times. We reserve the right to change prices and offers without prior notice.
We make reservations about:

Sold out items

Delivery errors from carriers
 
Order cancellation
An order can only be cancelled if you contact us on the same day the order is placed and before the order is packed or shipped. Cancellation is not possible after preparation.
Right of withdrawal and return (only for Danish consumers)
14-day right of withdrawal (not food - read more about this on this page )
 You have 14 days to cancel from the day you receive the goods.
 To get a full refund, the item must be returned: 
- 
unused
 - 
in original and undamaged packaging
 - 
without the smell of smoke, perfume, food or the like
 
You are welcome to examine the item carefully, as in a physical store, but do not actually use it.
 Return costs:
 You pay for shipping and any insurance when returning, cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
 We recommend using our returns portal, where you can purchase a return label and download a return slip and standard cancellation form.
Returns and RMA cases are usually processed within 8–10 business days.
Condition and depreciation of the goods
Returned goods must be in substantially the same condition and quantity as upon receipt.
 If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, properties and function, or if the original packaging is missing, a deduction may be made from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the item.
Tips:
- 
Do not use the item if you are considering returning it.
 - 
Keep the original packaging intact.
 - 
Pack the item securely in an outer shipping box.
 
Food
For food safety reasons, foods such as coffee, tea, chocolate, syrup, milk powder, etc. cannot be returned, cf. applicable legislation.
Right of complaint
 We always follow the rules of the Danish Sales Act regarding complaints and warranties, as well as the instructions of the Danish Consumer Council.
As a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint on goods purchased from us.
Unclaimed packages and refused receipt
If you do not pick up your package at the parcel shop within the carrier's deadline, it will be automatically returned to us.

If you want the package resent, new shipping will be charged (same amount as originally).
 - 
If you do not wish to return the item, the price of the item minus the shipping costs will be refunded.
 
 If you refuse to receive the package, it is considered exercising the right of withdrawal.
 Shipping costs are not refundable as the carrier charges a return fee.
Please contact us if you refuse receipt so that we can process the matter more quickly.
Return
We recommend using our returns portal, where you can purchase a return label and download a return slip and standard cancellation form.
Returns can be made via our returns portal.
If you do not use the return portal:

You are responsible for ensuring that the package arrives in perfect condition.
 - 
Always send with a carrier with tracking (e.g. PostNord or GLS – not DAO for business addresses).
 - 
The package must be sent by courier directly to our address - we do not pick up packages sent to parcel shops or post offices.

Exchange of goods
During special periods (e.g. leading up to Christmas) we offer extended exchange rights, so that the item can be exchanged beyond the normal 14 days. The exact period is stated in the webshop when the scheme is active.
When exchanging, you can choose:

Another item at the same price
 - 
A more expensive item against payment of the price difference
 - 
A cheaper item where you get a credit card
 
 Note: Extended exchange rights only entitle you to an exchange or credit, not a refund.
 The general 14-day right of withdrawal still applies under the Danish Sales Act.

When you shop at Have A Coffee ApS, your purchase may be covered by the PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee with coverage of up to DKK 50,000.
 The guarantee is free for you as a consumer and applies automatically if you are a member of PriceRunner. 
If you found us through PriceRunner but are not a member, you can get the guarantee by registering for free on the PriceRunner website within 1 hour of your purchase.
The warranty covers:

Business to business (B2B)
These conditions apply to purchases between Have A Coffee ApS and companies with a CVR number.
Payment

Subscription terms
General terms and conditions
 The subscription has a 3-month commitment period.
 Coffee subscriptions can be sent to your address or picked up for free at the coffee shop.
Payment is made via Shop Pay.
 Changes to payment cards, expiration dates or payment information are made by you directly in Shop Pay (via shop.app or the Shop App). 
Have A Coffee ApS does not have access to your payment information.
Shop Pay handles all payments securely and in compliance with GDPR.
Subscription cancellation
The subscription must be cancelled no later than the 9th of the month to avoid next month's delivery (shipment will take place on the 10th).
- 
Cancel before the 9th → the subscription will stop immediately.
 - 
Cancel after the 9th → the subscription runs until the next delivery.
 
Termination can be done via “My Account” or in writing to customer service.
Invoice and payment with subscription
 You will receive an invoice/delivery note with your coffee every month.
 Previous invoices can be found under “My Account”.
Payment for the subscription is automatically deducted on the 10th of each month via the payment card you have linked to Shop Pay.
 Example 1: 
If you order on the 5th of the month, payment will be deducted on the 10th of the same month, and your first delivery will be shipped then.
 Example 2:
 If you order 15 days or more before the 10th, your first delivery will be sent immediately. From now on, you will receive coffee and payment on the 10th of each month. 
Delivery with subscription
 Coffee subscriptions are sent on the 10th of each month.
 If you order more than 15 days before the 10th, you will receive your first delivery immediately, and then the regular rhythm will follow.
Free pick up at the coffee shop
Gift card
Our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used as payment in our webshop.
 Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
When purchasing a gift card online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as long as the gift card has not been used. Any remaining value remains on the gift card and can be used for future purchases within the validity period. If a gift card has expired, it cannot be extended or used as payment.
