Delivery and Returns

At Have A Coffee, we make sure that you receive your order quickly and safely – and that it is easy to return if something does not meet expectations.

🚚 Delivery

Delivery options

You can choose between the following delivery methods:

  • Delivery directly to your address (private or business)

  • Delivery to parcel shop

  • Delivery to business address

  • Free pickup at our coffee shop in Aabenraa

We primarily cooperate with GLS and DAO , and for larger or heavier orders (e.g. machinery) we use Danske Fragtmænd .

Delivery time

  • Preparation time: 1–2 business days

  • Normal delivery time: 3–5 business days in Denmark

You will automatically receive an email with track & trace when your order has been shipped.

Important: You are responsible for ensuring that your address and contact information are correct. Information cannot be changed once the package has been shipped.

Coffee shop pickup

Order before 2 p.m. and your order will generally be ready for pickup the next business day in our coffee shop.

Prices and shipping

All prices in the webshop are displayed in DKK including VAT (25%) .
Any shipping costs will be added when ordering and will be clearly displayed before you complete the purchase.

We reserve the right to printing errors, price changes and sold-out items.

🔁 Returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods (does not apply to foods such as coffee, tea and chocolate - read more about this under terms and conditions).

How to return

We recommend that you use our returns portal.

Here you can purchase a return label and download both the return slip and standard cancellation form.

If you are not using the returns portal, you must:

  1. Pack the item securely in original and undamaged packaging.

  2. Please attach a copy of your invoice or order confirmation, otherwise we cannot process your return.

  3. Write clearly that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

  4. Send the package with tracking and delivery directly to our address (not to a parcel shop).

Please note: We do not pick up packages sent to parcel shops or post offices.

Items purchased online cannot be returned in the coffee shop.

Processing time

Returns and RMA cases are usually processed within 8–10 business days of receipt.

Impairment

If the item is used or the packaging is damaged, a deduction may be made from the refund.
To get the full amount back, the item must be unused, clean and in original packaging.

Exchange of goods

During special periods (e.g. leading up to Christmas) we offer extended exchange rights , so that you or the gift recipient can exchange the item after the normal 14 days.
The exact period appears on the webshop when the scheme is active.

When exchanging, you can choose:

  • Another item at the same price

  • A more expensive item against payment of the price difference

  • A cheaper item in exchange for a credit card or refund of the difference.

Note: Extended exchange rights only entitle you to an exchange or credit card - not a refund.

📦 Unclaimed packages and refused receipt

If you do not pick up your package within the carrier's deadline, it will be automatically returned to us.

  • If you want the package resented, new shipping costs will be charged.

  • If you do not wish to return the item, the amount for the item minus the shipping costs will be refunded.

If you refuse to receive the package, it is considered a cancellation of the purchase .
Shipping costs are not refunded in this case.
