Binding and flexibility

Our coffee subscription is simple and transparent – ​​nothing is in the fine print.
There is a 3-month commitment, after which you are free to unsubscribe, pause or change your subscription to suit you.

If you want to change your subscription variant, you are always welcome to contact our customer service - we will be happy to help you further.


Delivery

You choose how you want to receive your coffee:

📦 Delivery to parcel shop or home address: 49 kr.
Subscriptions are shipped on the 10th of each month, and delivery time is 1–3 business days.

☕ Local pickup at our coffee shop: Free
You can pick up your coffee on the 10th of each month from 12:00 noon at Have a Coffee, Storegade 29, 6200 Aabenraa.


Payment

Your payment will be deducted on the 10th of the month following your first order.

Example 1:
If you order on the 5th, payment will be deducted on the 10th of the same month, and your first delivery will then be sent as part of the monthly mailing.

Example 2:
If you order 15 days or more before the 10th, your first delivery will be sent immediately, so you don't have to wait. After that, you will automatically receive your coffee every month, and payment will be deducted from the payment card you have linked to your subscription on the 10th.


Invoice and delivery note

You will receive an invoice/delivery note with your coffee every month.
You can always find your previous invoices under “My Account” on our website.


Cancellation periods for coffee subscriptions

Cancellation: The subscription must be cancelled no later than the 9th of the month to avoid next month's delivery, as we ship on the 10th.

Late cancellation: If you cancel after the 9th, the cancellation will only take effect after the next delivery. This means that you will receive and pay for the next delivery before the subscription ends.


Payment via Shop Pay

If you pay for your subscription through Shop Pay, your payment information is not stored in your customer account at Have a Coffee, but in your personal Shop Pay account.

Changes to payment card, expiration date or other payment information must be made directly by you in Shop Pay (via shop.app or the Shop App).
Have A Coffee does not have access to change or update your payment information on your behalf.

💡 Shop Pay handles all payments securely and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).

The Coffee of the Month takes you on a journey through the world of coffee. Each coffee is created based on climate, location, coffee variety and growing methods – a combination that makes each edition completely unique. With each delivery you will receive an information sheet where you can read more about: Who the farmer is, where the coffee plantation is located and how the coffee is grown, harvested and roasted

Subscription FAQs

📦 How long is the delivery time?
  • Subscriptions are sent every month on the 10th.
  • If you order a subscription 15 days before the 10th, it will be shipped immediately.

  • Delivery takes 1–3 business days.

You can also choose free pickup at the coffee shop from the 10th at 2 pm ( Have A Coffee, Storegade 29, Aabenraa ).

🙌 Is there a commitment to the subscription?

You can also pause your subscription or change it to suit you.

But you can always change the variant and quantity if you wish, even during the binding period.

  • NOTE: If you want your subscription ground for Chemex or Aeropress, you must order it through the individual product pages and not Subscription - Kaffeklubben.
