Here we collect all of our previous Coffees of the Month – an archive full of exciting specialty coffees that have previously been part of our monthly selection.
Coffee of the Month gives us the opportunity to showcase new flavor profiles, unique origins, and special roasting projects. Each month, we've chosen a coffee that deserves a little extra attention – and here you can explore the varieties that have been featured previously.
It's a journey through the world of coffee, where you can find inspiration for what you might want to try next, or recognize a favorite you've already tasted.

Indonesia Mandhealing
 Origin: Sumatra, Indonesia
 Processing: Washed
 Altitude: 1200–1500 m.
 Variety: Arabica
 Tasting notes: Walnut, spices
 A strong coffee with a rich aroma
 This coffee is grown at an altitude of 1100–1500 meters and the processing method is washed. The coffee has some of the classic flavor notes such as walnut, cocoa and spices, and it is roasted to highlight a classic, traditional coffee experience. The result is a strong coffee with a rich aroma.
 The coffee comes from the PT Jats farm in West Sumatra, Indonesia, an area known for its sustainable production systems and great biodiversity.
Many of Indonesia's islands are formed by volcanoes, providing soil rich in volcanic ash – ideal for growing coffee. That's why some of the world's most popular coffees come from the islands of Sumatra, Sulawesi and Java.
 Mandheling coffee grows on the volcanic slopes of Mount Leuser and is named after the Mandailing ethnic group.

Caballero & Moises – Honduras
 Origin: Chinacla, La Paz, Honduras
 Processing: Natural - extended fermented naturals
 Altitude: 1,600 m above sea level
 Black: Catuai
Tasting notes: Blackcurrant, pineapple, banana, grape, mango
 Description:
 
This coffee comes from Finca Caballero, run by Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera. The family produces high-quality specialty coffee. With Moises' experience, the plantation has grown strong. Here, the coffee is grown organically with natural fertilizers, and biodiversity is enhanced with fruit trees and flowers that also provide shade for the coffee plants.
