The caramel variant was the first flavour developed by Mount Caramel and remains a favourite. It is based on caramelised sugar, rounded off with fresh lemon juice and a touch of honey, giving a round and harmonious sweetness.

The syrup is available in both regular and organic certified (EU) varieties.
