The Caramel Syrup was the first variant developed by Mount Caramel and is now a classic. It combines caramelized sugar with a touch of honey and fresh lemon juice, giving it a round, balanced sweetness. However, the syrup is versatile and can also be used in tea, cocktails, desserts and baked goods. The large 1 liter bottle is perfect for cafes or homes where syrup is used frequently.
