The Motta Dynamometric Tamper is designed for baristas who want full control and consistent tamping – no matter how many cups are brewed.
With its dynamometric mechanism, the tamper ensures that you always apply the same pressure with each tamping, improving both the precision and quality of your espresso. The built-in leveling plate also ensures that the tamper always presses completely flat against the portafilter, avoiding channeling and uneven extraction.
The solid base is made of stainless steel, while the handle is made of black anodized aluminum – a combination that is both elegant, ergonomic and built to last. Three replaceable springs (8, 12 and 16 kg) are included, so you can adjust the pressure according to preference and brewing style.
