The Rocket Espresso R9V represents the pinnacle of professional espresso technology. Developed by Ennio Berti and hand-built in Milan, the R9V combines uncompromising performance with a sleek, modern design. This machine is built for baristas who want complete control over every brew – and an experience without compromise.

The R9V is a multi-boiler machine with fully saturated brew heads that ensures extreme temperature stability and precision via PID control. The digital touch display allows for fine temperature adjustment in 0.1°C increments, individual profiles for each group, as well as shot timer and hot water outlet control. The machine's low profile also creates better interaction between barista and guest - perfect for modern cafes.
