The Mozzafiato Cronometro R is equipped with a rotary pump that ensures quiet operation and precise pressure, while the machine can be connected directly to the water supply and drain. The advanced PID temperature control monitors four signal parameters to ensure maximum stability and consistent extraction. A digital shot timer provides precise control over the brewing time, while the dual pressure gauges (black) show both boiler and pump pressure.

In terms of design, the Mozzafiato Cronometro R stands out with its integrated chrome sides, the iconic Rocket cup frame and the characteristic large R handles. A 1.8 liter copper boiler ensures powerful steam and allows simultaneous brewing and milk frothing without loss of performance.
