Rocket Espresso Giotto Cronometro V is created for the home barista who wants professional quality in an elegant and timeless design. Hand-built in Milan with the highest standard materials, this machine combines Rocket's legendary craftsmanship with technological finesse.

The machine is equipped with a heat exchanger (HX) and PID temperature control that constantly adjusts based on four signal parameters to ensure optimal temperature stability. The built-in digital shot timer allows for fine-tuning of the extraction time – a feature that baristas will appreciate.

The Giotto Cronometro V is powered by a vibration pump and has two manometers for reading boiler and pump pressure. Details such as the iconic R-handles, the diamond-shaped side panels and the height-adjustable feet underline Rocket's uncompromising approach to design and functionality.

With its 1.8 liter copper boiler, the machine can deliver ample steam while simultaneously brewing and frothing milk without loss of strength. The result: espresso with perfect balance and consistency – every time.
