Sage The Precision Brewer Thermo is the coffee machine for those who want full control over their brewing – and the results in their cup. With precise PID temperature control, adjustable flow and six pre-set brewing programs, it delivers barista-level coffee, whether you prefer filter, pour-over or cold brew.

The machine is SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) certified and brews at an ideal temperature between 91–96 °C. The unique Steep & Release™ technology automatically adjusts the contact time between water and coffee – whether you are brewing a single cup or a full pot. With the “My Brew” function, you can fine-tune all parameters yourself: temperature, blooming time and flow.

The Precision Brewer Thermo comes with a thermos that keeps your coffee warm without a hot plate. It is compatible with pour-over brewers like Hario V60 , Chemex and Kalita Wave and is constructed of sturdy, brushed stainless steel.
