The Motta Dynamometric Tamper 53 mm is designed for baristas who want full control and perfection in every espresso. This professional tamper ensures that you always achieve the same pressure, no matter who is tamping - ideal for both cafes and home enthusiasts.

The dynamometric spring ensures even and controlled pressure for each tamping stroke, eliminating variation and improving the quality of the extraction. The leveling plate also ensures that the tamping is always completely level – for a balanced and rich espresso without the risk of channelling.

The 53mm base is a perfect fit for Sage and other machines with smaller portafilter baskets. With three interchangeable springs (8, 12 and 16kg) you can easily adjust the tamping pressure as needed.
