How to use your Brikka:
1. Fill the bottom tank with water (below the safety valve).
2. Add freshly ground coffee to the filter - do not press it.
3. Screw the parts together and place the jug on the stove.
4. Wait a few minutes until the espresso flows into the upper chamber – with a beautiful crema on top.

Maintenance:

• Wash by hand without using detergents.

• Do not put in the dishwasher.

• Suitable for gas and electric stoves (not induction).
