How it works:
1. Fill the bottom tank with water (below the safety valve).
2. Add freshly ground coffee to the filter – without compressing it.
3. Screw all parts together and place the Brikka on the stove.
4. Wait a few minutes – and enjoy when your espresso with delicious crema starts to float up into the upper chamber.

Maintenance:

• Wash by hand without detergents.
