Mount Caramel is a microbrewery that produces syrups with a focus on pure ingredients and craftsmanship. No additives, preservatives or colorings – just natural ingredients and authentic taste.

This vanilla syrup is made with real Madagascar vanilla bean extract , fresh lemon juice and a little alcohol (up to 1.0%) to preserve the aroma. The result is a rich, round sweetness with a classic vanilla flavor that is perfect for coffee, cocoa, cocktails or as a topping for desserts and pastries.

The syrup is available in both regular and organic certified (EU) varieties.
