The R Nine One uses Rocket’s fully saturated group system and advanced PID control, ensuring extreme temperature stability and precision in every brew. Pressure profiling is controlled through an intuitive paddle system and a digital color touch display, where you can choose from five preset pressure profiles – or create your own.

The machine can be connected directly to the water supply or used with a built-in water tank, and its silent, volumetric pump provides perfect flow control. The chassis is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and can be specially ordered with black or white rubber coating for an exclusive look.
