How the moka pot works:

1. Fill the bottom tank with water up to below the safety valve.

2. Put ground coffee in the filter without pressing.

3. Assemble the pot and place it on the stove over medium heat.

4. Wait a few minutes while the hot water moves up through the coffee to the top container.

The result is a rich, aromatic and authentic espresso, just the way Italians prefer it.
