The Rocket Espresso Giotto Evoluzione V2 is the essence of Italian craftsmanship – an espresso machine built from the ground up in Milan with uncompromising quality and a design that oozes tradition and finesse. The Evoluzione V2 is made of polished AISI 304 stainless steel and equipped with a 1.8 L heat exchanger (HX) copper boiler. The iconic E-61 group head in chrome-plated brass with Thermo-Syphon system ensures constant circulation and perfect temperature during brewing. The professional Sirai pressure switch and rotary pump provide extreme precision, quiet operation and the possibility of adjusting the pump pressure from the outside.

The machine can use both a water tank and a fixed water connection, and the drain can be connected directly to the drip tray - a feature that makes daily use and cleaning more convenient.
